A message to our patients about COVID-19
Dear Superkids Family,
As we are committed to the safety and well-being of all our members, we wanted to address what we are doing in light of COVID-19. We are strictly following the guidance and recommendations set out by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as we recognize the seriousness of the situation.
All our offices will remain open and operating per the recommendations and business guidelines provided by the CDC. We have taken various preventive measures out of an abundance of caution to help prevent the spread of the virus. The cleanliness of our offices is always a top priority for us, and now more than ever. In addition to our regular cleaning procedures, increased sanitization measures are being added to all locations with extra attention to our equipment and waiting areas.
Because the safety and well-being of all our patients, parents and team members are our top priority, we have been recommending the following precautionary guidelines from the CDC to help keep everyone healthy and prevent the spread of the virus:
- Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based sanitizer
- Please keep your children home if they are ill, or if you are not feeling well
- Teach children to cough and sneeze into their arm or elbow, not their hands
- Avoid travel to destinations where the outbreak is prevalent or known
If you have symptoms or if you or your child are feeling ill, it is recommended you contact your doctor. We kindly ask that you contact our office to reschedule your child’s appointment; same day cancellation fees will be waived at this current time until further notice.
We understand this situation is top of mind for all of us right now. As circumstances continue to change, our goal is, and will continue to be, to provide a safe and welcoming destination for all our patients and their families across our communities.
Best,
Dr. Ben Liu
